Tsa Lung Trul Khor Yoga Teachings August 28-29, 2010
In Tibetan, Tsa means energetic channel, lung means breath, prana or qi; Trul Khor
means magic circle or energetic currents.

Tsa lung trul khor is the Tibetan yoga system which engages the body, mind and spirit of the practitioner in a series of breath, sound and movement exercises, each relating to a specific element. The five elements of fire, wind, space, water and earth, are the foundation fibre of Tibetan medicine and healing; their core theory being everything that exists in this universe is made of the five elements and therefore responsible for the formation of each tissue cell.

In practicing Tsa lung trul khor, one will be able to identify and alleviate physical discomfort or pain, emotional blocks and energetic or mental disturbances. These easy to perform yet powerful healing exercises can be used as a support to other meditation practices or practiced alone to clear obstacles caused by disease or strong negative emotions, and to clear, balance and harmonize ones energy fields.

The practice of Tsa lung trul khor has its roots in the Bon religion, which is the oldest spiritual tradition of Tibet. Recognized by the Dalai Lama as such, the Bon tradition is distinct in many ways, yet share identical similarities to modern day Buddhism, the main one being a strong commitment to bringing end to all suffering.

This Bon teaching will be offered for the first time in Miami, and in Florida by a visiting Bon Abbot.
