The tingsha bells I brought home from the Sound Healing Workshop became more than an instrument.
They awakened a curiosity about the Tibetan traditions from which they came.
That curiosity led me to Tse Dup Yang Bod.
At the time, it was the first opportunity for students outside the Bon monasteries to study this ancient Bon healing tradition. This healing technique was primarily only taught to monks.
Stepping into that world felt like opening a door to a living tradition that had been preserved for thousands of years.
What began as simple curiosity became years of study, practice, and personal transformation.
I had no idea then that this ancient path would one day shape not only my own life, but also the heart and philosophy of Healing Blends.
