Order Processing

Once your order is placed, processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a shipment tracking number. This will allow you to trace your order directly at your convenience (UPS, FedEx, DHL only). Orders received before 11am EST are processed the same day. Those received after 11am EST are processed the next day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Orders received on federal holidays will be processed the following business day.


Happy customers make us happy! We will gladly issue a full refund on the purchase price of returned items to the original credit card for merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All merchandise should be unopened in a resaleable condition and returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by return authorization number and original receipt. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks from the day you return the package for your refund.


You can cancel your order by emailing us through the CONTACT US form.  If the order has not yet been processed, there is no charge. If the order has already processed, you will be charged a 5% restocking fee on your credit card.

International Shipping
