Whether you discovered Healing Blends at a market, through a friend, on social media, or while searching for something to support your own well-being, I'm grateful you're here.
People often ask me what Healing Blends is.
At first glance, it's an easy question.
You might first discover Healing Blends through our Tibetan herbal teas, crystals, handcrafted soaps, essential oils, incense, singing bowls, malas, journals, or one of our healing sessions and naturally assume Healing Blends is simply a shop that brings together beautiful things from different healing traditions.
But Healing Blends has never been about collecting products.
Healing Blends wasn't built around products.
It grew from a lifelong search for healing.
If someone were to ask me what Healing Blends is, I still find myself pausing before answering.
At the markets where I spend my weekends, vendors introduce themselves with simple descriptions.
"I make candles."
"I sell orchids."
"I bake sourdough bread."
Then the question comes to me.
"So...what do you sell?"
I usually smile because there isn't a simple answer.
Sometimes I say I'm a metaphysical wellness vendor.
Other times I mention crystals, Tibetan herbal teas, essential oils, natural soaps, or energy healing.
All of those answers are true.
Yet none of them really explain Healing Blends.
Healing Blends wasn't born from a business plan.
It grew from a question that has quietly followed me for most of my life.
What does it truly mean to heal?
The answer wasn't waiting in a single book...
or a single teacher...
or a single tradition.
It unfolded one experience at a time.
One teacher at a time.
One unexpected door after another.
Looking back now, I can see that the journey began long before Healing Blends ever existed.
Perhaps...
It even began before I was old enough to remember.
This is the story of that journey.
Of the teachers who generously shared their wisdom...
the places that became classrooms...
the traditions that broadened my understanding...
and the experiences that quietly found their way into Healing Blends.
Every journey begins with a single step.
