Not long after my crystal studies began, another stepping stone appeared.
I attended a Sound Healing Workshop at Duke Integrative Medicine with Mitch Nur.
The workshop introduced me to the beautiful sounds of Tibetan singing bowls and tingsha bells. Before that weekend ended, I had purchased my very first healing instrument—a pair of antique tingsha bells that were already more than a century old.
I had no idea that those small bells would become far more than a keepsake from a workshop.
They awakened a deep curiosity about the Tibetan healing traditions from which they came.
That curiosity led me to Tse Dup Yang Bod, where I began years of study and practice on a path that continues to this day.
Once again, I hadn't been searching for the next stepping stone.
It simply appeared.
I took the step.
