Grounded in traditional Tibetan medical knowledge, Sorig Za-Khu-Chee-Nyii Tea is a balancing herbal blend crafted to support harmony in the body’s energy and fluids. This gentle infusion is traditionally used to promote healthy digestion, encourage restful sleep, and foster overall well-being. In Tibetan practice, it’s valued for easing discomforts linked with excess “sweetness” in the body—such as ongoing thirst, fatigue, or restlessness—offering calm, daily support for balance.

Ingredients: Camellia thea (tea leaves), Xanthium indicum, Acacia catechu (indian acacia), Berberis aristata (barberry), Emblica officinalis (gooseberry amla), Curcuma longa (turmeric)

Directions: Infuse in hot water for a few minutes. Can be taken at any time, but preferably in the morning. A single tea bag may be used to make up to three cups of tea.

Tea bags inside the box were broke,

I bought this tea again because I really like it, But this time 2 bags were broken and inside the box was a big mess.
it is not so comfortable.
