Healing Blends Constipation Relief Essential Oils Trio consists of one bottle each of our Rosemary, Lemon, and Peppermint essential oils. Save with the purchase of this trio, while equipping yourself with everything needed to combat constipation. These three oils also individually offer an abundance of wellness and uses – detailed in their respective individual descriptions.

Directions: For a synergistic constipation blend, combine fifteen drops of rosemary oil, ten drops of lemon oil, five drops of peppermint oil, and two drops of a carrier oil of your choice (such as coconut, argan, jojoba, black seed, or hemp oil). Massage the blend in a clockwise direction over the lower abdomen, three times a day.
