The Aru-Balm is amazing. Great results. I use it for arthritis in my fingers, pain in my lower back, headaches and pain anywhere. I receive relief within 5 mins. I have been telling everyone about this and giving away my containers constantly and then buy more. My family and friends are loving it. So thankful to Ms. Pat for natural healing remedies. Also buy other items that are all effective. Aromatherapy oils, soaps, incense. Sheche Drukpa is very effective for constipation.
