Directions - Apply a thin layer to the affected area after cleansing. For best results, expose briefly to gentle sunlight after application, then allow the cream to absorb naturally.

Maybe not a miracle cream, but it keeps things at bay, such as fungal infections for which a dermatologist prescribed nasty toxic stuff. As I understand Tibetan medicine, most of the various herbal formulas are not designed for quick fixes, rather they gradually tone up the system (or skin), though there are some such as the Sorig cold and cough tea (Oogmi Daewae Menja) that can get rid of symptoms quickly. I was pleased with the first tube of Saab Gaay and ordered two more, as it seems like something to have on hand for frequent use.
And while I'm at it, I want to endorse the Shang Drum piles cream (which I have to place a special order for as Patricia usually doesn't keep it in stock. She is always accommodating to customers' needs and goes the extra mile for us). Again, it is something that when applied daily, as one Tibetan doctor recommended, tones the skin and makes it much less susceptible to getting piles rather than something to be used when symptoms appear. Applying a small amount a few times a day has made an amazing difference for me, from having bleeding hemorrhoids every few weeks to just having a little blood maybe twice a year. One small jar lasts a few months--well worth the modest price.
